Summer Party at Brecht-Haus

Guided Tours, Readings & Open Archive

A festival at Brechts and Weigels: Daniel Kahn and the Bolshevik Kurkapelle Schwarz-Rot play on the courtyard stage, there will be guided tours with lyrical interventions through the Brecht-Weigel Museum and across the Dorotheenstädt cemetery, a reading by Noah Willumsen on Brecht in the GDR and the Open Archive on the topic of “Brecht and 17 June”. 

At the “Ghost Hour” at the Dorotheenstädtische and Französische Friedhof cemeteries, readings will be given by Regina Goldmann, Annett Gröschner, Alexander Kluge, Michael Opitz, Steffen Popp, Oliver Reese, Katharina Schultens, Kristin Schulz, Carola Wiemers and students from the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Art, among others.

An event by Literaturforum im Brecht-Haus, Brecht-Weigel-Museum and the Bertolt Brecht Archive in cooperation with Dorotheenstädtische Friedhofsverwaltung / Evangelischer Friedhofsverband Berlin Stadtmitte.
