Kees Christiaanse

Lecture

In 1989, Christiaanse founded Kees Christiaanse Architects & Planners (KCAP). His offices have been engaged around the world, with branches in Rotterdam, Shanghai and Zurich. The architect and urban planner concentrates on complex city planning situations and the control of urban processes. In publications and exhibitions, he has proven himself to be an expert in the revitalisation of former industrial zones and docklands – for instance in Amsterdam, Hamburg and London. Jörn Walter, Deputy Director of the Architecture Section and city planner, moderates the talk.
